<3 Suriname (Dutch: Suriname) is the 97th character in Head Soccer. He is immediately unlocked after beating Fight Mode using Panama without both scoring and being scored a single goal. He is a 5 star opponent in Arcade.
Appearance
Suriname is a guy with grey hair which are shaved to zero on the sides, blue eyes and a serious facial expression.
Power Button Effect
Suriname creates what looks like a fiery explosion and starts spitting out Bath Tokens (also referred to as Herbal Soak Tags) from Studio Ghibli's Spirited Away, which will hurt the opponent if hit.
Power Shots
Air powershot: Vomit Shot
Suriname summons a girl in a bed (inspired by The Exorcist) who becomes demonically possessed after getting struck by a thunderbolt and shoots 3 vomit projectiles in an arc twice, one of which contains the ball, then shoots one vomit blast with the ball in it. If the opponent is hit by the ball, the girl will behead him with a blade. The opponent's chopped head has a zombie girl's face wearing a flower crown (possibly a reference to Midsommar). With the cutscene, Suriname shoots one additional vomit blast in a horizontal angle and the opponent gets stabbed in another cutscene.
Ground powershot: Goo Shot
Suriname turns into no-face (from Studio Ghibli's Spirited Away) and shoots grey goo out of its mouth. He shoots two goo projectiles, containing the ball; the first one shooting low the second one shooting higher. The projectiles are followed by a goo vomit flow also containing the ball. If the opponent is hit, no-face will spiral towards them with a big tongue sticking out and lick the opponent’s buttocks. With the cutscene, no-face will shoot a total of four goo projectiles, instead of two, following a high-low-high-low pattern. If the opponent is hit, no-face will lick his buttocks on top of Planet Earth (with four other characters sticking out their buttocks nearby).
Counterattack: TV Shot
A girl with black hair covering her face (resembling Samara from The Ring) sticks out of the screen of a red old TV cube and crawls to the opponent’s goal. If the opponent doesn’t counter it or power block it the girl will open her mouth wide and eat the opponent, spitting out their skull and bones.
Costumes
Suriname wears random S or SS costume
Unlock Requirements

References
Suriname’s powered-up form is a reference to no-face from Studio Ghibli's Spirited Away.
The girl that shows up both in Suriname’s air powershot and counterattack is based of a character from the ring called Sadako Yamamura in the original Japanese name and in her more familiar name to international viewers which is Samara Morgan.
Suriname’s power effect look and groundshot is based off no-face from Studio Ghibli's Spirited Away.
