Qatar is the 95th character added to Head Soccer and the second character added in the 6.16 Update along with Wales. He is a 5 Star Character in Arcade mode

Appearance

Qatar has short blond hair, amber eyes and is in a wheelchair, his arms move the wheels as he moves, he shows little emotion on his face, but he occasionally opens his mouth and yells. He is a reference to Jake Sully, a paraplegic marine and the protagonist of the movie Avatar

Power Button Effect

When the Power Button is pressed, Qatar is struck by lightning and transforms. He now has blue and green skin, pointed ears, long black hair, and a headband and necklace made of bones. He looks like the Na'vi aliens from the movie Avatar. He also gets a cage over his wheelchair and himself and starts sliding wheelchair wheels against the opponent, hurting them.

Power Shots

Air Shot: Avatar Compound Shot

Qatar turns into his Na'vi form with a full body, sporting a loin cloth and wings. Green clouds cover the sky, and he swings around a green laboratory containment cell containing his human body on a string. He swings it towards the goal 4 times, on the second swing 3 small green beams with a DNA double helix strand appear, then on the fourth, he dives towards the goal and creates a large beam. The regular, non-Power Button version of Qatar can be seen in the Cell as it is swung. If the cutscene plays, all of the swings will be faster and there will be an extra one. If the opponent blocks it, a cutscene showing a green DNA beam piercing Planet Earth plays. In the cutscene, the DNA beam creates a green pond that looks like the one into which Qatar throws his opponent in his Counter Attack.

Ground Shot: Security Ops Shot

3 soldiers wearing heavy armor, Exopacks, and carrying machine guns, as well as a 2-legged tank. The soldiers are a reference to the Security Operations or SecOps from the movie Avatar, and the tank is as well. They begin firing, the tank fires a shot containing the first ball and then a plane appears as well to fire rockets containing another ball. The plane appears the same as the Dragon Assault Ship from Avatar. If the opponent blocks it, they turn into a grave in the form of a floating island resembling Pandora's Hallelujah Mountains (also referred to as Thundering Rocks), giving Qatar an open goal chance. If the cutscene plays, the ship will appear faster and fire 2 sets of rockets. If the opponent blocks it, a cutscene showing a floating island piercing out of Planet Earth plays.

Counter Attack: Wheelchair Shot

Qatar will turn into his Na'vi form on a wheelchair holding a containment cell with his human body behind him, moving swiftly towards the opponent. If the opponent is hit, Qatar will grab his wheelchair and smash it onto them, leaving them stuck upside-down inside a green pond, which gives Qatar an open goal chance.

Unlock Requirements

Clear Death Mode without Pet (shark) dying or pay 9,400,000 points. A good way to unlock Qatar is to use France for Death Mode, however getting the shark is difficult as well as you must unlock it in Fight Mode and it costs a lot of points.

Qatar can also be unlocked by correctly predicting the winner of the 2022 FIFA World Cup, in the prediction event released in Update 6.17.
