Every few seconds, the hands will extend and start rotating at a high speed. When the opponent is hit by them, they will be pushed away harshly.

Mistake
There is a bug regarding this costume. It happens when your opponent is behind you and the arms begin to spin. Your opponent will be dragged towards you, and the two of you will be dragged forward automatically. This means that you can't control your character for a while and it's gone when the effect stops.
