Appearance
It is an orange helmet with a black cannon on it. The parts launched out of the cannon are blue.
Effect
After some seconds, out of the cannon will launch out blue pulses and when the opponent touches them, he/she will shrink and become smaller. The smaller the opponent is, the better you will be able kick him back to his own goal with a single kick.
