Speed is one of the upgrades in Head Soccer. It determines how fast your Character can move in Head Soccer. The other upgrades in Head Soccer are: Dash, Jump, Kick, Power and Survival. That makes Speed part of the Stats in "Upgrade", along with the other things listed.
CPU controlled characters also have a speed upgrade. This is determined with their amount of Stars. Characters with less than 5 Stars have less speed than characters with 5 stars.
Achievement Speed
There is no Achievement in Head Soccer with Speed.
Unlock Requirements with Speed
There is also currently no Unlock Requirement in the game having to do with Speed. This is on the other hand very logical, because Speed is not an achivement at all.
