Hello everyone. Some things aren't going very good on the wiki recently. That's why I decided to create a thread to discuss it. If you have any problems with an user or something on the wiki, feel free to say it on this thread. But first, I want to discuss something important. I'm not feeling that happy on the wiki recently. There are some problems on the wiki that quite annoy me. I will tell you them below. I feel like there needs to be found a solution for this problems. It can't longer go on this way. Some users might have this too, so please tell me your problems. Also, I would like to hear your opinions.
Problem 1: Too much disagreements
I will directly start with my biggest and most annoying problem. I have too much fights with a user. And yes, Philly I mean you. We need to find a solution for it. For me, it is impossible to go further on this wiki. I annoy me very much on you. The reason of it is that, we both get involved in almost every thread. As we also have much different opinions about almost everything, we disagree about a lot. If you don't know, we also had this on the Movie Ideas Wiki (another wiki where you can create your own movie ideas) very much. However, I feel like this wiki is a better place to discuss it. I also want to admit that I have been very rude to you often. This always started because we had much different opinions. We really need to find a solution for this since it can't go on on this way. I am not happy on the wiki anymore since we had these fights. The solution I am thinking of is that we should stop replying on each other. I also think that we both shouldn't get involved anymore in each other's threads. So we must ignore each other most of the time. This is the only way to stop these disagreements. Only when we need each other very much we should talk to each other. If you and the others agree on it, I will start with doing this. I also expect of you that you will do it. If any of you has a better idea, please tell me it. Also if there are any other users who have the same problem with us or any other user, just use the same as I want to do with Philly (you can tell me privately about it, then I want to tell the user about it). I want that everybody is happy on this wiki and since I'm obviously not, we must use this. I'm not saying that Philly is the only one who should do this, if you also have problems with me, tell me than we use the same solution and you can ask the other Admin/Bureaucrat when needed.
Problem 2: Users want a new Bureaucrat instead of me
This is another problem for me that was important enough to tell you about it. Sometimes I have the idea that there are users (I'm not saying everybody does) not appreciate what I do on the wiki and would like it more if there was another Admin/Bureaucrat. I know Werner is kind of inactive, so I am the only that is Bureaucrat. I want all of you to be honest. Do you still want me as Bureaucrat or do you think that someone else could do this job better than me? I really want to know it if you think that I'm a bad Admin/Bureaucrat. To be honest, I think it is a hard job as you have to be very active and you won't be good friends to every user (something that you almost have to be as Admin/Bureaucrat). I know there is a high chance that Teh Sweggurboi will also become Bureaucrat soon and maybe things will be different then. But as I am now thinking, not everyone wants me to be Bureaucrat anymore. I am it for longer than 2 years now. I would like to know all of your opinions about this and if there are some things that I need to improve, please tell me it. It's very important since I am not sure about this. If I am totally wrong, you should also tell me it.
Thanks for reading it. I really want a solution for my first problem. My second one is maybe too speculative, but I just would like to hear all your opinions. This wiki should be a place for everyone to be happy. Everyone must have a good feeling here.

Number 1 is too useless for me. I'll go directly with number two.
I think Werner shouldn't be any rank different to Inactive user. Teh must become bureaucrat to replace Werner. Something I'd like you to improve is some kind of list of projects of the wiki. I'm trying to come back (maybe on August I'll become as active as before), so I'd like to know what to do.
Overall remember you and Werner build almost everything this wiki is based on. The bases of this project. You'll always be the legend of the wiki.
