Bulgaria a 5 star character and is currently the 2nd last and 63rd character in the game, added in the recent update with Finland. Bulgaria's appearance and power shots also bear reference to the popular anime, Dragon Ball Z. In terms of skill, Bulgaria is a well rounded character in terms of power shots, with a strong ground shot and counter attack, and a decent air shot.
