I hate to say but D&D is not making realistic targets. without being hurt in survival till SS 71 level.... are you kidding? Just say only unlock with money, like Hong Kong/other paid characters. Survival is different than other modes, cant use Ukraine and stay untouched with power on... you got to make goals too and with Ukraine's shitty power you'd hope nepal, finland etc. don't come along. Besides, dozens of time I was hurt Even when Ukraine was in power mode, some bug or whatever but I'm not certain its 100% bulletproof.
