So this what i think ^^ :

-Thailand: Fujitora from One Piece. Both got closed eyes, both summons Meteors, both got a similar haircut, the only difference is that Thailand got Red hair and that he's not blind (or maybe is he?)

-UK: Eagle from Street Fighter. Both got a similar haircut, both got a Mustache, both are blonde and their both from the UK

-Mexico: I don't want to be One Piece fan boy, but with his costume he resembles Shanks the Red haired Pirate, both got Red hair, both got Moustache and a beard, and the power shot of the Mexican is a some sort of phantom arm, funny because Shanks actually lost an arm (okay its not that funny but...yeah) and the both got a straw hat

-Argentinia and Germany: Look both like Punks ._.
