Wel the master has spoken, as only content Moderator I have to give my opinion too. Let see what it is:

Omg, how can all of you (except FS) support this? This in my opinion a terrible Idea. I have never seen that Fandom Users did vandalism (or at least not much). So that is also not a reason for me to support. No coming to the other points. I really agree with FS that this Wiki is not very active and there seem to be much Fandom Users. If we block them all, only what he have left is the users that created an account. That is not really much. I also don't see users creating an account after we blocked them all. They probably see it as rude, and think they don't do anything good. But actually there are also good Fandom User (What lots of you don't see.). 

And I also agree with FS that this discussion came out of nowhere. I saw Phil discusses it and now you all agree? I also don't see a good reason to support this. So I am big opposer of this. It will only lead to more Wikia less activity. Since lots of Fandom Users later create accounts, and they don't know from the beginning how to create an account and they start as Fandom User. Also probably some users think because they can't edit as Fandom User that they are not welcome on this Wikia. This might be not true, but it is still possible. 

The Admins can decide what to do, but since I am Content Moderator, my opinion should be important too. I hope I have informed you enough about my oppose.
