First of all, I get easily annoyed by users who request for ranks. A rank is something that you should deserve, not request. I know the ranks aren't that important anymore and we have less conversations about them lately, but that does not mean you have to request them. Now I will answer to your 3 points:

1: Well, 911 edits isn't very much. I know that edit count isn't very important. It's more about what you do on the wiki and your activity. But I think that your edit count matches good with what you have done on the wiki. You are a good user, but content moderator is too high for you. I'm sorry :(

2: I don't understand why you say this. You are already discussion moderator, a rank that has a few functions you can use. I guess you don't know exactly what these functions are. And please don't say that this rank is worth nothing, because that's completely not true.

3: Now I don't totally get why it would be easier for all us. Content moderator doesn't gives you very much extra functions than discussion moderator. These 3 points aren't very convincing to me, I'm sorry :(

I would suggest that you just wait a little bit longer, keep on doing the great work and we can see if we can give you the right in some time. Now it is way too early and we already made RM content moderator today. That does not mean everyone can be content moderator. So, this is what I vote (if this is something we should vote for):
