Today, I have created Navbox templates for all of the higher rights. Bureaucrat, Admin, Content Moderator, Discussion Moderator, and Rollback (I didn't do Chat Moderator yet since there are none currently). If you don't know what Navbox templates are, they're templates that show different pages/users in one category.
These are the different ones:
