Neutral- I don't know him very good and haven't seen much of his edits. I only know he was very childish before when he was wikia, but that isn't reason to not give him the rank. So I am neutral, because I can't say any good in his discussion.

I know this is off-topic but the Wikia is more active than it is ever been in months!!!!! Maybe the Wikia will grow again!!!!! I think I will stay here, but I don't play Head Soccer anymore, so I can't help doing edits. But I can do some other helpful things like reverting Vandalism or adding photo from Updates. Maybe I will still try to create the Update Pages, like I did before.
