Second issue now, like I said earlier, FS has been on the wiki for two years now, and has been one of the most dedicated users on the wiki, I know how hard it is to create a wiki out of almost nothing (I've tried), and although he may not make the best choices sometimes, everybody makes mistakes. I've also been on the wiki for two years now, and I can tell that he's learnt from some if not most of his mistakes.

I actually requested for councilor a few months ago, and they said they would defer the app until July 1, which is less than a week from now.
