The worst is tornado, you never know whether it is on (suppose it won't destroy anything outside the room and you can't hear it, Ok?).
Second best is radioactive substance. You don't know how radioactive is it or if the door stops the radiactive ?rays? so it's middle safe.
The best is the hole, Aca Soccer was close, but it's not the reason. The question was which door would you open first, not which room would you enter first. Open door, stay outside and be safe!
