The Big Red Trident is an Obstacle in Death Mode Stage 13 and possibly Stage 29 too.
Appearance
The Big Red Trident has a grey handle and red prongs. In between the handle and the prongs, there's a football. The trident is attached to the ceiling and every once in a while it comes down.(in other words it looks like a big red trident)
Against Indonesia, the boss of Stage 13, there are three tridents in the field instead of only one.
Effect
Every once in a while, the trident comes down from the ceiling. When a player is standing under the trident when this happens, it will stab him. He is immobilized, so he can't walk away and liberate himself from it anymore. Then, when the trident goes up again, it will take the player with it; compare this to when you get hit by one of the iron ropes in Indonesia's air shot, only you will never be pulled out of the screen. After the character has hung there for a while, he falls off and can normally move again.

- It is the 13th Obstacle in Death Mode.
- Appears in Fight Mode, piercing knocked out players after a match (sometimes).
